During the past 12 weeks, Simone has helped me with checking in with myself. I think this is one of the major takeaways. I’ve been able to use certain tools which have helped me realize what’s best for me in the moment in terms of looking after myself (especially with family and in the workplace), how creating boundaries are important, and putting into practice truthful self talk.
She’s reminded me that the shift will take time but I feel like I’m now more aware of the things I can work on each day to improve my wellbeing, with practice.
I’ve felt really supported by Simone and her warm and compassionate nature helped make this journey easier to work through.
